NEWS REGARDING RETURNS FOR AVON REPRESENTATIVES
We’re making it easier for you to track your returns
So that we can make it easier for you to do business with us, and so build your own business, we’ve just launched a new way to track and trace returns bags as they make their way back to us. You must ensure you securely attach a barcode label to each returns bag otherwise the driver won’t accept it, and we won’t be able to track your returns and so share this information with you if you contact the Sales Service Centre.
It’s simple…your driver will pick up your returns bag, as usual, when they deliver your next order. When they return to the depot the bag is scanned and our database is updated to say that the returns bag has been received. Then, when we receive the bag back into Corby the barcode will be scanned and our database will be updated again to say that we’ve received the bag.
We’ve already seen positive results as we’ve been trialling this system already. In a large number of instances, we haven’t had to ask Representatives to send us a proof of return document as we now have more information about where bags are.
So that we can provide you with this information, please can you ensure that you securely attach a barcode label onto each and every returns bag, along with a completed returns form. As a reminder, you’ll find a sheet of barcode labels attached to the back of your invoice each time you request a credit.
