AVON Training Event – May 2015

When you join AVON with Team Sashy, we provide exclusive training all designed to help you succeed

Last night we hosted our second team workshop – these are proving to be such a success that we plan on having one every other month. On yesterdays workshop, we looked at ways in which team members could boost their sales, but even better we looked at ways we could do this whilst reducing the amount of time we spend on our AVON business. This is achieved using a technique called One Stop Selling (please click to find out more about this method of running your AVON).

The night started with some recognition of the achievements within our team, and winners were awarded a certificate and gift hamper. One of the nicest things about running a team of representatives is being able to do exactly this – rewarding your team for all they have achieved and encouraging them to go on further in the future.

After this we looked briefly at running an AVON party, and the best way to demonstrate this was by having some party games! We had some AVON themed activities, with some great prizes on offer and there was a whole room full of smiles!

Then we moved on to the main subject of our One Stop Workshop – explaining exactly how people could run their AVON round on the one stop method. Because this is such a good method, there is a whole separate blog post about it – click to find out more.

One of our team members, Sharon Wootten, then stood up and told her AVON story, explaining how in a few VERY short months she has gone from Sacha knocking on her door and her starting AVON, to her deciding to become a team leader in March, qualifying inside a week as a sales leader, then moving on to Advanced Co-Ordinator within the next campaign, and she is now in her third campaign as a sales leader and well on the way to her next promotion already. The evening finished with a local Area Manager, who came as a guest speaker to our team training event. She explained how sales leadership works, and had a couple of fun exercises to show us all just how easy it is to get started – even the people in the room who started saying they didn’t know anybody had a list of at least 15 people they could invite to AVON within a very short space of time.
